Doctor Who | Quotes Posts !

For those of you who don't know... I'm a little, tincy-wincy bit obsessed with Doctor who. I'm sure you've heard of Doctor Who because .. well.. it's Doctor Who. I've always loved watching the adventures of The Doctor, time travelling and saving the human race. But one of my favorite things about it is all the inspirational quotes so today I thought I'd share some of those with you !

Harry Potter | Quotes Posts !

Hello ,

I'm really sorry for not posting last week, I was house sitting for my girlfriends uncle and in the second half of the week was unwell . I hope you've all been doing okay though and have had brilliant weeks. Posts will be back to normal now and The Positivity Diaries will be up again this Sunday :)

It's been forever since I've written a quotes post and recently I've been obsessed with Harry Potter because me and my girlfriend are going to visit the Harry Potter Studios this December and oh my gosh I cant wait !! So today I thought I'd share some of my favorite Harry Potter quotes .

Who doesn't love Disney ? Happily ever afters, a love story or two and a good old sing song. What could be better ? Most of us grew up watching Disney movies but don't have as much time to watch all our favorites again as we get older . A while back I wrote a post called "Sweetest Love Quotes " Because I'm a hopeful romantic who spends way to much of her time on pinterest ! Those qualities mixed with my obsession with quotes, meant that there was NO WAY I could of fitted all my favourite love quotes into just one post so I'm back again with some more ! I love music. I play, piano ( well I try .. I don't mind being bad, I actually kind of enjoy it ), Guitar ( Badly to accompany my songs ), Ukulele ( because my sisters awesome and got me one for my birthday ), Drums ( why the hell not ;) ) and I sing . Eleanor And Park | Quotes Posts!

I've been writing this " Quotes Post! " series for a while now and I really enjoy writing it and I hope you enjoy reading it ! But now I want to add something new :) From now on some of the quotes posts will be based around books or fandoms that I really love and if there's any you'd like to see then as always just let me know in the comments ! :)

Eleanor and Park is one of the most beautiful books I've ever read and if you haven't read it then I definitely recommend it and you should probably go and get it ... seriously you shouldn't even still be here, go to the library ;) I don't tend to write reviews because it's not something I really enjoy doing but if you'd like to read one before you go out and get it, I'll link to one here by one of my favourite bloggers called Crystal . So here are some quotes that made me laugh, broke my heart and put it back together again ... usually all in the same sentence !

I only usually include ten quotes but I could only get this down to fifteen because there's still so many more quotes that have stuck with me from Eleanor and Park and I can't express what a beautiful book it is. I couldn't put it better than John Green :

Going Through Struggles | Quotes Posts !

Sometimes we go through through times that we desperately want to get out of but it feels impossible and you end up feeling trapped and hopeless. Those times are awful and I'm sorry if you're going through times like that ( I also send really big hugs ) because I know that to feel that helpless is scary. But I promise you're going to be alright soon. Regardless of the situation or the pain, no hope is ever futile. Today I wanted to share a few quotes I've collected over the years to help you through hard times.

This quote is one of my favourites, it's from an All Time Low song called " Missing You " and it always gives me a motivation boost that it's all very well say you're doing something and that you're going to try but just sitting there feeling sorry for yourself. You have to do something to make things happen because you do have the power to change things if you give it everything you've got ! Positive Quotes For Hopeful Notes | Quotes Posts!

A While back , I wrote a post called " How to... Hopeful Note" I recommend you read that one before this post or you probably won't have a clue what I'm going on about ! But assuming that you've read that one, I've got a confession. I've stopped leaving hopeful notes ( post it notes in random places with positive messages on for strangers to find ) I've been busy and a bit down and to be honest they're rubbish excuses. Leaving hopeful notes used to be one of the things that always made my day as well as hopefully the day of whoever found it .. or at least helped them crack a smile !

So, no more excuses. I might be busy and snowed under with college work but I love the hopeful notes and I had a passion for random acts of kindness that I didn't even notice I'd forgotten ! From now on I will leave at least one hopeful note every week and to motivate me to do that , There will be a picture of it at the end of each Monday post :) If you know about the hopeful notes or have read my post about it then I'd love for some of you to do the same thing and maybe even pop a picture of your hopeful note in the comments ! Writing Inspiration | Quotes Posts !

Not that long ago I took a break from blogging because ..

a) I was going on holiday
b) I was exhausted and getting some serious writers block
c) I was lacking the motivation to do it !

So now I'm back from holiday ( It was lovely and I had a great time ) and I'm bursting with ideas that I am really excited to share with you and I've got my energy back and as a result I'm now really excited to be blogging again !

So yesterday I started giving my blog a bit of a makeover! It's not quite finished because I'm definitely not a technological genius hence why the pages a long the top are currently well .. half not there but give me a week and I'm sure I'll work it out ! But I really wanted it to look a bit more fresh and professional . I'm also thinking about changing the colours of the bubbles in the header to go with the Autumn/Winter seasons, what do you think ? :)

I'm sorry that I disappeared for the week last week, I had a week long drama course which I'd been waiting to go on for two years but it had no wifi ! Firstly, I'm super sorry I didn't post last week. I was really busy with college stuff and I knew I would be so I wrote in advance but when I went to post them my computer had messed up so I've had to re-write them ! I've spoken before about The Hopeful Notes, which I found out about maybe a year or two ago but what I really loved about the hopeful notes other than how lovely and easy it was to spread a little kindness, was how many wonderful quotes there are out there that I can learn from :) So over the last year, through quite a lot of procrastinating on pinterest I've built up a pretty big collection of thought provoking quotes.
